Laxfield Farms: An Overview of the Historic Grounds at 2 Laxfield Road
The property at 2 Laxfield Road spans approximately 22.56 acres of pristine, park-like landscape. Known historically as "Laxfield Farms," this highly private property represents one of the largest private, contiguous residential parcels in the municipality. Built in 1901, the compound masterfully fuses historic, turn-of-the-century architecture with thoroughly updated luxury structures, steepened in local heritage.
